He started his career in alternative proteins in 2019 as a founding team member of the world’s first accelerator exclusively focused on alternative proteins, the ProVeg Incubator. In 2021, Alan founded Libre Foods, harnessing the power of fungi and fermentation to lead a food system transition that truly nourishes the planet and everyone living on it.
