Justin is now the vice president of Mars Chocolate China R&D where he is responsible for creating and ensuring the delivery of quality, growth and efficiency strategies.

In 2012 Justin joined Mars Chocolate China as the Global Scale Team Director of R&D and led the creation of a centralized and global technical scale team. In this role he led the Beijing team with strategies focused on product, packaging and process innovation for the Dove® brand. He has expertise in seasonal business and has identified and implemented regional capabilities globally.

For almost 15 years, Justin has been responsible for product development in North America and therefore has a wealth of knowledge in this area and is constantly finding new and innovative efficiency strategies.

Justin Comes has almost 20 years of knowledge and experience in the field of food science. He studied at Pennsylvania State University in 1998 where he obtained a B.S. in food science with high distinction and later completed his M.S. in the same subject in 2001. Since 2001, he has since held many senior positions in the food industry from researching various raw materials to project management and research and development in North America, and now China.
