Xiaolong Li earned M.Eng. from School of Food Science, Jiangnan University. He once participated in the national "863" Project and the "13th Five-Year" National Key Research Project. His research and development fields mainly include small packaged edible oil, special oil and its products, starch syrup and related products, etc. The products that he developed includes "COFCO Fortune Brand edible blend oil", "COFCO Zicai Special Oil", "Acid-proof Non-dairy Creamer and its Sugar Syrup", "Bulletproof Coffee" and so on.
