Summary:

More 20 years experiment in cheese area, including plant design, production, and R&D. Indispensable cheese expert in China and also as an authority of cheese, butter, and whipping cream in China Dairy.  Developed and innovate Chinese style cheese. Participated in establishing National Food Safety Standard Process Cheese (GB 25192-2010) in 2010. The first cheese professional and the first person that researched and developed pizza cheese in China.

  •  Designed Milkland (Tianjin) Plant and it went into operated in 2013

  •  Founded R&D center, trained some technical people and these people become professional cheese technologists
  •  Developed almost 10 kind of Chinese cheese product and have a great contribution to China cheese market
