Xiao Guan,the founder of Matchall (Guan Cha) New Food Gift and the author of inspiring book:Lean In and then You're No Longer Afraid. She was ranked as No.2 student amongst more than 1 million candidates in the College Entrance Exam from Shandong Province in China, and graduated from the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University in 2014.
