Coconut chips are meant to be a healthy alternative to binge-watching and snacking at the office. Make natural snacks that are healthier than potato chips; Coconut meat itself is rich in dietary fiber, and the fatty acids in coconut meat are called by nutritionists as healthy fats that do not gain weight. Therefore, compared with traditional fried/puffed potato chips, roasted coconut chips have more healthy characteristics and serve as the basis of healthy snacks. In the Chinese market, 90% of the coconut flakes come from the Hainan market. The coconut flakes produced are crisp in taste but will leave residue in the mouth. The coconut we choose is delicate and has a fresh smell of milk, while the roasted coconut has a fresh smell of milk. As a original flavor, it can restore the freshness of coconut without adding any fragrance, and it can be blended with other spices and milk fragrance of coconut. However, we found that there are few coconut chips with other flavors in the domestic market, and 99.9% of them are original. Therefore, we developed the "spicy" coconut chips together with the raw material suppliers, and restored a packet of coconut chips with the taste of Tom Yin Gong by mixing natural spices and perfume coconut meat without adding preservatives, additives and essence.
