1. Key Innovation Challenges in SHUHUA AnTangJian Technology:
The digestive systems of middle-aged and elderly individuals are more vulnerable, making them prone to lactose intolerance, which inhibits effective absorption of milk nutrients. Additionally, with 140 million diabetics and 390 million pre-diabetic individuals in China, many are middle-aged or elderly. These two major health issues significantly overlap in this demographic. SHUHUA AnTangJian provides lactose-free milk through patented LHT lactose hydrolysis technology, breaking down lactose into galactose and glucose, realizing the product lactose-free and making the product more friendly to the delicate digestive systems of middle-aged and elderly individuals.
