We are convinced that good taste requires only good, high-quality ingredients. That's why Eleplant contains no lactose, cholesterol, palm oil and preservatives.
What's more, Eleplant has only half the carbon footprint of butter, making it much more sustainable. Eleplant respects animals and does not treat them like factories.
Sounds good? Tastes even better! The product we developed has a creamy consistency and fresh, natural buttery taste. Unlike butter, it eliminates the risk of a "rancid butter taste," and compared to margarine, Eleplant offers a more natural composition with fewer ingredients. It has an excellent buttery taste derived from oat milk. It has a buttery texture and melting profile thanks to advanced technology and the fat composition with cocoa butter and coconut. Eleplant ensures perfect functionality across all applications, and its ingredient list complies with food clean label standards.

Bunge set out with the intention to create a plant-based product that not only tasted like butter and 'acted' like butter, but also could be used for exactly the same applications. A more sustainable alternative, better for your wellbeing. Something suitable to prepare all the delicious things in the kitchen - from a simple slice of bread with a generous layer of the creamy spread, to yummy, buttery cakes & biscuits. From crunchy, golden brown, roasted potatoes to smooth sauces.
After months of development, we did it - we created Eleplant. A new, 100% plant-based butter alternative, with a particularly full-bodied flavor. Thanks to the unique natural recipe of coconut fat, rapeseed oil, cocoa fat and creamy oat drink, Eleplant is perfect for cooking, frying, deep-frying, baking, glazing and tastes great on bread. The introduction of Eleplant satisfies consumers' various demands for deliciousness, health, and environmental friendliness.
