Slow boiled chicken soup flavor Noodles in soup, 0 preservative added, 0 trans fatty acid upgrade, more healthy and affordable for instant food products. The noodle itself is semi-dried, made from low-bacteria wheat flour and produced in a 100,000-class purification workshop. It is crafted through nine rolling processes and two sterilization procedures, with a taste similar to fresh noodles and a shelf life of six months at room temperature. The broth is made by slowly simmering real chicken and chicken bones over low heat, paired with large bones rich in pig bone marrow to enhance the flavor. Time gives the soup base a bright golden color and a rich sense of taste hierarchy. The melted oil mixed with spices fills the air with a strong aroma, leaving a lingering aftertaste of the soft and tender chicken meat that is savored from the base of the tongue. The side dishes are rich and nutritionally balanced, paired with Ningxia Zhongning's Ma Ye Goji berries, red date slices with a rosy color and plump flesh, egg slices, and bok choy.
