After more than two decades of development, Dongdong Food's main products cover six major categories, including meat and egg snacks, vegetarian mountain delicacies, nuts and seeds, dried fruits and preserves, and instant rice noodles. 1.During the initial stage of product research, we identified key market pain points: traditional instant rice noodle products on the market were outdated, with the traditional fully dried rice noodles requiring a long cooking time and having poor taste. They were often produced in workshops, posing serious food safety issues.Other brands of fresh rice noodles have a short storage time and are prone to drying out and breaking. Dongdong's Fresh-Lock Rice Noodles, however, can achieve a shelf life of 6 months at room temperature while maintaining a restaurant-quality texture and stable quality. Therefore, our positioning is called: Patented Fresh-Lock Fresh Rice Noodles.
