· Product Positioning: Fresh and delicious miso soup that's ready to drink by simply adding hot water.
· Health & Nutrition: As a naturally fermented product, our miso soup provides essential amino acids. The probiotics from fermentation support gut health and boost metabolism.
· Supply Chain Strength: Our partner miso factory is a Japanese-owned facility that uses proprietary fermentation strains. All production processes—fermentation, packaging, and sterilization—are completed in-house, resulting in a transparent ingredient list: "Water, Soybeans, Edible Salt". In contrast, many competitors purchase mass-produced miso paste and re-package it with added seasonings, creating a fundamental difference in production quality.
· Product Innovation: We've transformed traditional bulk miso into convenient single-serving sachets. By innovatively adding bonito flakes and wakame seaweed, we've upgraded a basic soup base requiring additional seasoning into an instant soup that's ready with just hot water.
· Consumer Insight: We've identified the scarcity of suitable options for weight-conscious and health-focused consumers, as well as the frustration with post-seasoning challenges of traditional miso products.
· User Experience: Traditional bulk miso often suffers from mold and spoilage issues due to repeated scooping. Our single-serving sachets eliminate this problem—just one bag per use, with no need for spoons or cleanup.
