Meadow Gold, established in 1901, derives its name from the concept of a "golden pasture," symbolizing natural abundance and premium quality. The brand entered the Chinese market in early 1984, specializing in ice cream production. As one of the first foreign ice cream brands to establish a presence in China, Meadow Gold expanded significantly beginning in the 1990s by establishing product R&D centers and 15 production facilities across major cities, including Beijing, Tianjin, Harbin, Shenyang, Changchun, Dalian, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Changsha, Chengdu, Xi’an, Taiyuan, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. Concurrently, the brand developed comprehensive distribution channels and cold chain logistics infrastructure, breaking down regional barriers in the ice cream market and rapidly growing into a nationally recognized brand.

With over 40 years of deep roots in the Chinese market, Meadow Gold adheres to a core philosophy of "consumer first," with product integrity built on "safety and trust."
