Fibalance®是赞倍司利用自研定向酶解技术，以天然瓜尔胶为原料研发的一款半乳甘露聚糖，分子量高且粘度高，通常用作食品增稠剂。生产水溶性益生元需要通过水解降粘处理，由于酶催化工艺的限制，市售半乳甘露聚糖产品常含有大量小分子低聚糖，无法解决高FODMAP益生元的潜在问题。赞倍司通过创新酶催化路线和工艺，精准控制酶解过程，成功获得高分子量、水溶性好、粘度低的部分水解瓜尔胶 Fibalance®。相较于市面上的同类产品，Fibalance®具有高纯度、均匀的分子量分布，并且不含小分子低聚糖。
我们运用一系列功效实验，证明Fibalance®独特生产工艺带来的显著优势*：
