APA Cheese starts with fresh milk and has successfully developed five core product series: soft cheese, yogurt cheese, cheese powder, flavored cheese products, and acid milk powder.

阿帕优格奶酪NL-528是公司致力针对当前食品工业体系对于乳制品原料应用痛点的功克。市场对乳制品的需求不仅仅局限于基础营养供给,而是追求风味独特性、口感层次丰富化以及成分洁净化。尤其在许多高端烘焙、冰淇淋、茶饮及糖果产品中,“天然且清爽的奶味”成为一种备受追捧却又难以实现的风味体验。传统乳制品原料如奶油、奶粉或奶酪,虽具备乳脂香气和营养功能,但风味过于厚重、腻口,无法满足消费者对轻盈口感的需求。而酸奶虽具有清爽的酸香特征,却因其高水分含量(约83%)、低固形物,难以直接应用于食品工业化生产。酸奶体系流动性强、持水性差,在热处理、机械剪切或长期储存中易发生析水、结构塌陷等问题,严重影响终产品品质,因此多数仅限即食消费,无法作为稳定可靠的调味基料使用。
