嗜酸乳杆菌JYLA-126具有良好的体外耐受特性,如抗氧化性、耐酸耐胆盐特性、肠道黏附性及抑病菌性等。同时在体内实验中,该菌也表现出了很好的益生特性。嗜酸乳杆菌 JYLA-126通过肠肝轴正向调节AMPK信号通路,从而改善与肥胖相关的代谢紊乱。实验中,嗜酸乳杆菌JYLA - 126恢复了HFD诱导的肠道微生物群失衡,减少了机体炎症,调节了肠肝轴的稳态,从而从源头上防止了全身代谢失调。同时,嗜酸乳杆菌- 126还可以通过激活BAT来减少脂肪积累和脂肪生成,增加产热,达到协同抗肥胖的目的。
目前,嗜酸乳杆菌 JYLA-126的研究已完成动物实验与临床试验阶段,且两项研究的科研成果均已形成学术论文发表。
