Background and basic information of the product

本产品采用创新共溶制备工艺,突破传统胶黏剂物理混合或简单聚合的技术局限,以深度共熔溶剂为核心反应介质,通过精准调控温度、搅拌速率与溶剂配比,实现“聚合物解离-分子重组-网络交联”的三步高效转化。工艺初期,深度共熔溶剂凭借强氢键作用快速破坏聚乙烯醇、植物多糖等基材的固有分子间作用力,使基材大分子链充分解离分散;中期通过梯度升温触发分子链活性位点暴露,促使不同链段间形成稳定的物理交联与化学交联协同结构;后期则通过温和的溶剂置换工艺,保留交联网络的完整性,最终制得高性能协力芯胶成品。本产品凝胶强度高、保水性好、韧性强、透明度好、吸水高、分散好,应用广泛。
