Design Story
The brand expects the packaging to be designed in such a way that the consumer could visually feel the product improvements brought about by the “Freshness in Air” technology. To highlight the benefits of this technological breakthrough, we have designed a transparent front of the package, as well as kept the necessary textual information to show the product in the most realistic way. On the back of the package, we have taken inspiration from Chinese artwork jade sculptures to vividly show scenes of quail life. The design minimizes ink printing while ensuring the commercial function of the package, which is environmentally friendly and energy efficient.
Highlights
We have creating a completely different visual code from the existing products in the market by highlighting the high premium of the “Freshness in Air” products. We gave found out the answer in the exquisite Chinese jade sculptures and integrated this demand for quality and detail into the creative and visual expression of the packaging.Unlike all the ways to attract consumers by the appetite of the product in the market, we have started from the environment where the quail grow. We have also depicted the moment when quail catch insects with delicate paintings in relief to stimulate consumers’ emotional memory.

After the product is launched in markets, it has gained the consumers’ enthusiastic. Through the new technology, we have reduced the loss of packaging during transportation and the packaging design, as simple as possible with frontal information substantially reduces the use of printing ink and it is a packaging solution which is sustainable and environmentally friendly.

What functional designs of the work have enhanced the user experience?
In the previous quail egg packaging which requires pumping out the air to keep the food in a vacuum state, it is prone to air leakage in the process of product transportation and it is prone to make product drop and lead to other problems when consumers open the packaging process. The new packaging has solved this problem which is more convenient for transportation and consumer usage.
