Design Story
At present, most of the tableware packaging on the market is plastic packaging, which brings extremely serious environmental pollution. Consumers' recognition of plastic packaging is gradually decreasing, more and more attention is paid to environmental protection, and the demanding for environmental performance of tableware packaging is becoming higher and higher. Therefore, we designed this flat paper bag, it can replace traditional plastic packaging. Applying the concept of environmental protection to the solution of daily life packaging materials, and contributing sustainable strength to the development of green environmental protection industry.

On the basis of maintaining the environmental performance of recyclable and easy to be degradable, the flat paper bag further reduces the cost. Through water-based Flexo printing technology, the heat sealing coating is measured inside the bag with small amount, and the procedure is simple. Further adopting two rolls with heat sealing composite molding, it can add sealing glue, tear line etc. The flat paper bag’s width and height is customizable to meet clients’ different packing demands. Nanwang had designed different kinds of flat paper bags, such as the wet strength paper bag to keep the products inside away from wetting when the bag accidentally get wet. Also, the glassine bags with enough transparency to allow the products inside visible and manual barcode scanning.

Yes. The flat paper bag is developed based on the current environmental protection trend, combined with the existing tableware packaging from plastic packaging to paper packaging, which achieves the bio-degradation and recycle. It is a much more environmentally friendly and sustainable packaging solution.
