Design Story
Nanjing Museum X Nanjing Dahui Enterprise collaborates to create the "Fu Ju Long Pan" New Year gift box. The gift box is selected from the collection of the Nanjing Museum, featuring a blue, white, sea water, red, cloud and dragon patterned plate from the Qing Dynasty Qianlong period. The pattern uses blue and white to depict flowing clouds and seawater, and alum red to paint dragons, forming a sea water cloud dragon pattern. The inside and outside of the plate are nine dragons, with a combination of blue and red, showcasing a royal aura. The Dragon Plate in this gift box is likened to a "New Year Plate", filled with New Year's blessings, as the vessel carries the Tao and the object conveys emotions. During the Chinese New Year holiday, with this "Fu Ju Long Pan" gift box, we can convey the strong affection from Nanjing, the land where the tiger dominates the dragon pan, which has remained unchanged for thousands of years. Dragon is said to be able to swim in water, fly in clouds, ascend on land, roam mountains and seas, and travel in all directions. The selection of gift box New Year goods comes from this, from the south to the north, from mountain delicacies to seafood, searching for natural delicacies, presenting a unique and precious New Year flavor unique to the Year of the Dragon.
