Design Story
Dried meat slice is a kind of popular snacks in China. Most of its packaging are very traditional. It is not suitable to the interests of the snacks main target customers- office workers and who pursue for quality life.
Highlights
This packaging set has a serial of travelling cattles are created based on different flavors. The creative cattles are full of personalities. The whole mentality of packaging designning is cater to office workers' affection need: although we have to work at offices, but our hearts are traveling around the world. The open window of each box surface reveals a post cards with a view from different parts of the wold.

Craft
1. This packaging has three individual foldable paper boxes, using uncoated art paper as packaging materials. The boxes have an unpolished appearance feeling, echoing the brand name- wild and uninhibited image.
2. A serial of travelling cattles are created based on different flavors. The creative cattles are full of personalities. By using UV vanishing and embossing finishings, the comic cattles look more vivid. Meanwhile, the logo is also embossed to emphasize the brand name.

What functional designs of the work have enhanced the user experience?
Generally speaking, office workers are longing for travelling around the world. But they are not able to travel often because of ecnomic pressure. However, for body or heart, at least one of it should be in journey. This packaging enhance the communication and connection between brand and consumers.
Does the work consider sustainability (environmentally or commercially, or both)? If so, please explain.
It uses Foldable paper carton as a whole set, instead of rigid grey board. It helps to reduce packaging weight, and meanwhile it has a better printing effect. It is light weighted and more eco-friendly.
