Design Story

Targeting the shift among women aged 45-60—from purely efficacy-driven menopause solutions to products that also deliver experience, emotional resonance and shared values—BRAVEIY launched XINBENYUAN® Flaxseed Compound Plant-Based Beverage. Rooted in the concept of “ancient formula, modern expression,” the design features a bespoke 2X logotype that signals double-concentrated potency. A clean, youthful and minimalist aesthetic replaces the cluttered visuals of traditional Chinese herbal goods, while intuitive icons spotlight each core botanical.
The pack is molded from FSC-certified, 100 % virgin wood pulp in one seamless piece: no lamination, no ink, zero plastic—fully compostable and sustainable. A bold red carton and bottle embody “nourishment from within” and celebrate self-care as an emotional reward. By solving long-standing pain points of conventional herbal products, the design injects fresh vitality and social-media-ready appeal into the brand, sharpening its competitive edge.
The result propelled XINBENYUAN® into the premium tier, catalyzed a green overhaul across the entire product line, and advanced the philosophy of “self-pleasing, not people-pleasing” for a new generation of mid-life women—all while honoring environmental responsibility.

Highlights

Centered on “youthful Han-formula,” this work breaks through in three dimensions—visual, structural, and emotional: an oversized 2X logotype locks in double concentration at a glance; premium Chinese-red minimalism turns rhubarb, saffron and flaxseed into intuitive icons that lower cognitive barriers. Molded from FSC-certified virgin wood pulp in one piece—no film, no ink—the box folds into a triangular display once opened, marrying sustainability with shelf impact. The petite Q-bottle nestles warmly in the hand; one bottle a day becomes a “pamper myself” ritual, elevating a functional drink into an emotional echo of feminine self-care.

A single-piece shell is compression-molded from FSC-certified, 100 % virgin wood pulp—no laminate, no ink. High-grammage grey-board lamination paired with moisture-precision control delivers rock-solid rigidity, warp-resistance and clean die-cuts. Once opened, the lid folds back into a self-standing triangular display, turning “open box” into “instant shelf.” Every 10 000 sets keep 1.1 t of plastic out of circulation and are fully recyclable and home-compostable.
