Design Story

Existing storage bottle caps are usually designed to have a specific size and cannot be used on bottles of multiple standard diameters. After purchasing this product, you need to purchase a standard beverage bottle that can match the diameter. This limits their application scope, increases production and inventory costs, and causes great use obstacles and waste of resources. Therefore, this product has extremely poor adaptability and is not conducive to promotion.
The design purpose of this product is to overcome the shortcomings of the existing technology and provide a multi-bottle type compatible sealed storage bottle cap body that is highly versatile, adaptable and more convenient to use.

This product consists of an upper cover, a barrel and an outer cover. The barrel and outer cover are formed by high-pressure injection molding. The outer cover is designed with different specifications and standard thread diameters. When screwing, the corresponding thread layer can be selected according to the size of the bottle mouth.
The guide groove is designed on the barrel, and the bumps are designed inside the outer cover. The installation between the barrel and the outer cover is smoother. The barrel and the outer cover have an up-down linkage structure. When the barrel moves downward, it forms a sealed storage barrel with the bottom of the cover. When it moves upward, the material leaks out from the discharge port. Finally, the filling machine quantitatively puts the material into the barrel, and the upper cover is pressed tightly on the bottle mouth of the barrel, making the product compact and better sealed.

Existing storage-type bottle caps usually have specific sizes and cannot be used universally on bottles of different calibers. However, this design uses different specifications of thread calibers designed inside the outer cap. When screwing, the corresponding thread layer can be selected according to the size of the bottle mouth. It is suitable for bottle mouths of various calibers, expands the scope of application, makes the product more fluid and more convenient to use.
