With nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in the consumer goods and food & beverage sectors, she has been deeply involved in end-to-end innovation practices—from consumer insight generation and new product strategy to commercialization and scale-up.

She integrates Stanford Design Thinking with Jobs-to-Be-Done and Outcome-Driven Innovation (JTBD/ODI) methodologies, and has long designed and facilitated structured co-creation and innovation sprint programs for both Chinese and multinational companies. Her work helps teams identify truly high-value innovation opportunities and make confident decisions in complex, uncertain environments.

She has led and delivered over 20 new product launches and 70+ SKUs within a single year, achieving consecutive double-digit compound growth. She also represented her former organization in JTBD-driven disruptive innovation initiatives, and was awarded a Global Chairman’s Award for optimizing and accelerating innovation processes in China.

As a jury member, her focus goes beyond creativity itself. She pays close attention to whether the problem is clearly and correctly defined, whether opportunities are grounded in real consumer contexts, and whether proposed solutions have a viable path to validation and scalable commercialization.

She is committed to advancing innovation through structure and deep insight—rather than trend-driven speculation.
