Dr. Lynn Zhao is currently China R&D Director of Family Nutrition & Care Products Research & Innovation for H&H Group, responsible for the research and innovation of Swisse, Biostime supplements, and pet food products across all channels in China. With nearly twenty years of scientific research and development experience in nutrition and health, she specializes in natural products, medicinal chemistry, and nutritional science. After joining H&H Group, Dr. Zhao integrated cutting-edge nutrition and health sciences with industry resources, established an intelligent pilot R&D workshop and a digital R&D platform, and deepened a consumer-oriented industry-academia-research innovation ecosystem, significantly enhancing the R&D capabilities of both H&H China region and the Group, and driving steady business growth.

In the Swisse division, she led product R&D from a single brand to multi-brand, multicategory, and all-channel innovation expansion, directed the launch of ultra-premium anti-aging sub-brand “Swisse PLUS” and the lifestyle format sub-brand “Swisse Me”, supporting Swisse’s localization transformation and co-building Swisse Mega Brand strategy. For Biostime, Dr. Zhao led to build a microbiome-based precision nutrition scientific system, spearheading the upgrade with HERO gut health products Bifiplus portfolio and expanding to nutrition solutions for immunity, allergy, metabolism and other infant and child health needs, thus enhancing Biostime’s scientific influence and market competitiveness. In the pet food sector, she drove Solid Gold to focus on gut health, established an innovative system for food and nutritional supplements centred on feline gut health, and promoted comprehensive brand upgrade and innovation.
