Emma brings over 20 years of R&D experience at Coca-Cola across the Asia Pacific region, having held key roles including tea beverage development for global and APAC markets, and full beverage portfolio development for Southeast Asia. She currently serves as Head of Beverage Development for China. With deep expertise spanning carbonated drinks, tea beverages, sports drinks, and foodservice customer innovation, she has led the implementation of health-focused and sugar-reduction initiatives. Emma is well-versed in consumer insight-driven new product development processes, and excels at evaluating product innovation across multiple dimensions — technical feasibility, consumer needs, and commercial value. She also brings extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional international teams.
