Nancy Jia works at PepsiCo's Asia R&D Centre, where she leads innovation and product development for Quaker Oats across the Asia Pacific region. Through big data insights into Chinese consumer habits and preferences, Nancy and her team have enhanced their agile innovation capabilities and launched a series of new products that have resonated strongly with Chinese consumers. These include the Quaker "5-Nourishment Series" instant oats, inspired by China's traditional culture of food as medicine; a Quaker multi-vitamin oatmeal developed to address the health needs of middle-aged and elderly consumers; as well as the newly launched groundbreaking soft and stretchy steamed glutinous instant oats and probiotic fermented oatmeal.
