He is a member of the editorial board of Food and Agricultural lmmunology and Food Science. He has long been engaged in the research of harmful microorganisms and functional beverages. He has published more than 100 academic papers, and in the past five years, he has presided over 4 national projects, 3 provincial and ministerial projects, and more than 10 enterprise-commissioned projects, developed more than 10 rapid detection methods for foodborne pathogens, and nearly 10 functional beverages, applied for more than 10 patents for invention, and formulated and revised 2 national standards, 2 industry standards, and edited the 14th Five-Year Plan Textbook for the Light Industry, "Microbiological Detection of Food" and other teaching materials and monographs. He is the chief editor of the 14th Five-Year Plan Textbook of Light Industry "Food Microbiology Testing Technology".
