Dr. Yuhai Lin brings 25 years of R&D innovation management experience across multinational corporations in China and the Asia-Pacific region. Previously, he served as the R&D Director for Hormel Asia-Pacific, where he spearheaded the region’s R&D infrastructure and product innovation capabilities. Since joining Wenda, he has served as Global Vice President, overseeing corporate strategy, marketing, R&D, product and sales expansion. Focusing on the clean-label ingredients sector, Dr. Lin leverages his deep technical expertise and international experience to empower the food industry’s innovation and transformation—spanning everything from primary research and application to industry-wide promotion.
