Fernando Arendar is the Founder and Director of Nitid Studio, a branding agency focused on packaging design shaped by consumer psychology. With more than twenty years of experience, he has worked with both global and emerging CPG brands, helping teams understand how design influences what people expect, perceive, and choose on the shelf.
He is recognized for developing “Neuropackaging,” a framework that brings insights from neuroscience and consumer psychology into practical tools for brand and design teams. His work explores how elements such as color, shape, structure, and visual cues guide perception and can quietly shift how products are judged before the first bite or sip.
Fernando has collaborated across food, beverage, beauty, and household categories, advising established companies as well as early-stage startups. His approach blends creative direction with research-driven understanding of how consumers interpret packaging in real settings.
In addition to his client work, he conducts research on packaging and perception, and contributes to industry conferences, academic collaborations, and media platforms dedicated to branding and consumer behavior.
