Mr. Chen, Jun-Jiang graduated from the Department of Food Science (National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan, 1992), obtained Bachelor's and Institute of Food Engineering (DAYEH University, Taiwan,1994), obtained master's degrees, respectively. He joined to want-want group research department in 1996. At present, he holds the position of vice-general director of research department. Led by Mr. Chen, the R&D researcher of want-want group from the original more than 10 development to the present nearly 100, and has set R&D branches in Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Shandong, and common engaged in new product development. After a dozen years, R&D center has become an information collection and analysis, technical innovation, new product develop, pilot production, all in one the research center.
