Graduated from Shanghai FuDan University, majored in microbiology. With 16 years working experience in multinational food company, at varies function in factory, head office and global technology center. Expertise area includes food safety, quality management, food processing, food technology and regulatory affairs.

As a member of more than 10 food industry associations and food technology associations, have been involved in the making and revising of various important food regulation and standards.

Currently heading the Corporate Quality Management function of Nestlé in Greater China Region, covering 31 factories and 11 co-manufactures.
