For 16 years, Matthew has managed and driven quality and technical systems for the world’s largest processors of poultry and meat products. Throughout his 12 years working in China and India and through export activities for Japan, Hong Kong, and the Middle East, he understands the supply environment faced by Asia Pacific regional poultry and meat producers as well as the global food companies that they service. The core philosophy “Protect the Brand” has allowed him to create and drive operational and technical solutions benefiting the entire supply chain from farm to table. High standards and a commitment to achieving superior and quantifiable results have added value, reduced cost and eliminated food safety and quality risks throughout the chain creating safe and reliable supply and service.
