Partner of MGCC, Head of Creative & Strategy Department

Not like other creative, he is neither a copy nor an art origin. Ronnie graduated from Business School of Fudan University in 1999 and had a five-year sales and marketing experience in Party A. After that he entered one of the most famous local creative agency, Meikao. As a thirst account, he participated a lot in planning and creative, which are not in his job scope.

Ronnie was not a real creative until he joined MGCC as a partner. Now he is both planning director and creative director.

Diversity is his key word with almost 20-year business and integrated marketing experience. It ranges from making strategic planning for sate-owned enterprises, to customizing social CRM plan for well-known foreign enterprises. He led the team win the bid of BOCOG’s design project, and had planned many activities of Shanghai world Expo as well. At the same time, he has also served as the cultural creativity and adjunct professor of Zhejiang Normal Univeristy, and the judge of numerous domestic well-known advertising awards such as China Content Marketing Awards, Effie Awards, ECI Awards and 360 Media Marketing Awards.

In the past 8 years, he built up the creative and planning department for MGCC all by his own. And helped the company achieve dozen times revenue growth. Under his management, MGCC has grown to an industry influential integrated digital marketing agency from a startup PR company, and was list on the NEEQ in 2015.
