Mr. David Wang gotto involve Goose Liver industry from 1990, he worked closely with French Roger Food Co. and establish St. Roger Food Co., Ltd. Shandong (Sino-French Co.) in 1997. The company started Geese Liver trial production. In 2002, He set up Hewang Langde Goose Cultivation Co., Ltd. Beijing (Sino-French Co.) to cultivate pure blood geese imported from South-west France. In 2008, Mr. David Wang established Beijing Grand Gourmet Food Co., Ltd. and produced Geese Liver by traditional handmade manufacturing technique processing. As the key shareholder, he was named as the president. In 2015, Mercury Holdings Co., Ltd. was founded, Mr. David Wang has built up the whole industrial chain and achieved independent manufacturing for Geese Liver.  

Right now, “Grand Gourmet” brand owned by Mercury Holding Co. is the only certified brand for Geese Liver production in China, and the product has gained high praise in Europe, especially recognized by the experts in France.

With Mr. David Wang persistent pursuit in the past 27 years, the company has possessed the entire supply chain including the key techniques of Geese raising, deeper production and operation channels. So far, Mercury Holding Co. is the sole Geese Liver manufacturer globally to own full supply chain on Geese Liver production.
