Wilson Chen

Wilson Chen is Chief Operating Officer of AdMaster, in charge of AdMaster's functional management system. His work focuses on planning and developing business and organizational structures of various business offices; establishing and coordinating cooperation between R&D and business departments to ensure efficient operations, including the Marketing Department, Financial Department, Legal Department and Personnel Department. He helps ensure that AdMaster wins the customer's trust and market competition through innovation and value realization. He has previously served as the Shanghai Branch General Manager.
Wilson Chen has rich experience in applications of Internet advertising data, brand social media data and brand e-commerce data, as well as the integration, analysis, and applications of data relating to Internet media to e-commerce conversion. During his tenure, he has devoted himself to building an efficient customer-centric service team and cultivating talents with international perspectives. Adhering to innovation and lean management, he quickly responded to market demand and promoted the application of big data integration, thus gaining AdMaster a competitive edge in the market.
Wilson previously worked in the Consumer & Market Research Department and the Sales Department of P&G China, and is strongly experienced with brands, consumers and market channels. In addition, he has led the Insight Department of Kantar Retail, a retail consultant company under WPP, and participated in various consulting projects.
