Maggie Wang currently is a R&D director of global research, development, quality and innovation function in Mondelēz International, a multinational snacking company and the headquarter office locates in Singapore for its Asia, Middle East and Africa region.

Maggie received her B.E from Nanjing Agricultural University in 1990 and started her career as Inspection officer of China FDA right after the graduation. A few years later, she joined a biscuit manufacturer in the south of China and progress her career with diverse and increased responsibilities cross procurement, production and R&D department. In 2008, she accepted the role as R&D director for China branch in the merged business as Kraft Foods. Since then, Maggie expanded her responsibility from China to Asia Pacific region and AMEA in the end of 2016.

Maggie earned EMBA degree from University of Texas in 2009.

Maggie is a caring person with strong work ethic and professional achievement. She successfully launched many successful new products and played key roles in growing business and organization cross the region.

Maggie is married with Ming Xu in 1992 and has 2 children. She and her family enjoy the reading and travel together in their leisure time.
