Ms. TANG has 18-year experience in the retail industry and has worked in the Yum! China and Yonghui Superstores. She has been responsible for channel development as well as market development for KFC, Pizza Hut, Little Sheep, Taco Bell and other catering brands. She has market experience in around 200 cities as well as important business catchments and co-corporation experience with key retail partners, like supermarkets, general merchandise, shopping center development operators, community service operators and other special communication channels; and her positions ranges from business leaders of wholly-owned/joint venture companies, regional business supervisors, business sponsors and heads of functional departments at headquarters, to project directors of cross-departmental key projects. As the director of strategic cooperation for channels, she has led her team completed sales exceeded RMB 15 billion.

In 2016, she co-founded the Yonghui Yunchuang and brought this innovative department to the forefront of business innovation. Afterwards, she quickly established the Yonghui Venture Capital Fund, Freshmen Food Innovation Incubator, the first incubation space relying on supermarkets in China named Yonghui Lives, and the first new retail model: super-species. Besides, she also participated in the transformation design and implementation of the second cluster companies of Yonghui Co., Ltd.

She is also the Consultant of Haier Financial，the Board Director and Senior Consultant of several Social Innovation Institutions, Charity Organizations, as well as the Training Lecturer at School of Economics in Fudan University.
