Cai is Co-Founder and Head of Business Development at Multus Media, a company developing tailored proteins nutrients as enabling technology for the cellular agriculture industry. He is undertaking studies in molecular bioengineering at Imperial College London and has a passion for using the biosciences to solve global challenges.
