Lisa Zhu
Former Executive Director of Sun Art Retail Group

Lisa is currently leading Shanghai Art Consulting Firm which offers a full service of wholly owned brands of Sun Art Retail Group. Mrs. Zhu and her team manage 10 brands with annual sales revenue of more than RMB 1 billion. In 2019, considering of brands’ efficiency, Lisa decided to reduce private brands from 32 to 8, and canceled more than half of the low-efficiency SKUs. At the same time, in order to actively iterate on new products, the team brings a thousand new products to the market every year. In 2020, although the number of brands and SKUs both significantly reduced, an increase of 45 million yuan in profits was added. And after the merger of RT-Mart and Auchan, by improving the efficiency of the supply chain, they increased profits by nearly 5%.

Lisa completed her study in Disruptive Innovation at Harvard Business School. Before joining Sun Art Retail Group, Lisa has been working with the leading brand consulting firm Interbrand, LVMH Group, and Nestle.

As a mature leader and new market creator, Lisa has more than 18 years of experience and proven records of success in business development, brand innovation and team management. Even with limited resources, she was able to find unique solutions to meet the company's goals and lead the sustainable growth of the business through disruptive innovation.
She believes innovation is science and art, which is the significant way to the sustainable business growth of modern consumer goods and retail companies.
