Vincent Yinuo Weng is a recognized consumer industry expert with over 20 years of venture capital and private equity investment success in Greater China. He has clear foresight into the industry.

He was the Private Equity division Executive Director of China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) from 2007 to 2012, focusing on growth stage and Pre-IPO investments. Prior to CICC, he was the Director of MUS Roosevelt Asia Pacific Fund L.P. and Mitsubishi UFJ Greater China Trust, in charge of deal sourcing and investment execution in mainland China. 

Mr. Weng founded Charisma Partner in 2012, for investment and M&A in China consumer industry. His investment success is a result of deep observation and analysis, long-term prediction and tracking. Key portfolios include: Jiajiayue (603708.SH), Bluemoon (06993.HK), Qdama and Deerma. He authored two best-selling books: The Future of New Brand, and The Future of New Retail.

He currently serves on the board of companies including FAW Financial as Independent Board Director, Shanghai Private Equity Association as Deputy Secretary General.
