Mr. Xu Minghua is currently the R&D supervisor of Huajia Food Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., responsible for the company's enzymatic hydrolysis technology program. He has worked in well-known companies such as Sino-US Squibb, Shanghai Novartis Foods, Pepsi Beverage, etc., engaged in R&D and technical work, and has conducted in-depth exchanges and learning with world-renowned companies in Europe, Japan and Asia.
Mr. Xu Minghua is keen on researching grain/plant enzymatic hydrolysis technology. With more than 40 years of enzymatic hydrolysis technology research, he hopes to bring innovative, sustainable and nutritious new plant varieties to the food industry in China.
