André Pots is Director R&D Science and Technology Product and Process for Foods within Unilever. André has been with Unilever for over 21 years and has worked in various roles within Foods R&D. His career took him to Poland, where he managed the regional innovation centre of dehydrated foods, and India, where he was responsible for foods innovation in South Asia. In his current role, his main focus is on development of new technology for the Foods category globally.
