She served as one of the Executive committe members at Cargill (the largest private company in US), leading Marketing, Innovation and R&D teams and successfully transformed Cargill into consumer centric innovation company. Besides, Yanyan Liu has strong experience in leading beauty industry through her tenure at Estee Lauder and Procter & Gamble. She also successfully led the global innovation platform development at Procter & Gamble by defining 3 dimension powers: Emerging trends forecasting, Consumer centric design thinking, as well as Market movements analysis. Yanyan Liu managed global beauty brands including SKII, Olay, Cover Girl, D&G, and Gucci, and successfully launched over 60 single products across Asian, American and European markets.
