Since graduating from Biotechnology and Food Engineering 22 years ago, Gali Yarom worked for the biggest dairies in Israel. Starting as a technologist, through CTO, to plant manager, COO, and finally to Deputy of the CEO. Gali was in charge of planning, executing, and building the biggest aseptic dairy in Israel from greenfield to a fully operating plant.
