Xiaofei Ren, the marketing director of the Fresh Milk Division of Junlebao Dairy Group, has more than 20 years of marketing management experience. Ren worked for Tingyi Holding Corp. for 10 years, from 2002 to 2012. He joined Junlebao in 2013 and currently focuses on product development, production operation, and marketing management of fresh milk products.

Ren has been fully responsible for the brand operation of Vitaresh Fresh Milk since 2019. He led the team to re-positioned and updated the Vitaresh Fresh Milk based on 4Ps. The annual sales of Vitaresh Fresh Milk have doubled since 2019 and will exceed 1 billion in 2022. Under his leadership, Vitaresh Fresh Milk has established a leading market position in high-end fresh milk sales. Vitaresh Fresh Milk adopts an innovative technology-- the INF 0.09 second ultra-instantaneous sterilization technology, which won the "Best Process Innovation Award" at the 2019 World Dairy Innovation Awards.
