
Yoko Kaji has led the Marketing Department at Tetra Pak Japan & Korea since 2014, where she is responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy across both markets. Based in Tokyo, she oversees a broad scope of activities that support Tetra Pak’s brand positioning, customer engagement, and business growth, while aligning closely with global objectives and local market needs.
Before taking on her current role, Yoko spent nearly two years at one of Tetra Pak’s global headquarters in Modena, Italy, where she worked as a Product Platform Manager in the Marketing and Product Management Division. This international experience enhanced her global perspective and deepened her expertise in product strategy and portfolio development.
With 28 years of experience at Tetra Pak, Yoko has held various leadership positions across Japan, Korea, and Oceania, covering a wide range of product categories and customer segments. Her strong background in marketing and product management, combined with her cross-cultural experience, has enabled her to deliver meaningful value to customers and contribute to the company’s growth in dynamic and competitive environments.
