David is a highly passionate consultant and market research expert with over 20 years of consulting experience in China, Australia, and Japan. His areas of expertise include consumer insights, product innovation consulting, market entry, and data analysis and integration.

David has extensive work experience on both the client side and the consulting side. Early in his career, he worked in sales, marketing, and research departments at Panasonic, 3M, and British American Tobacco. These experiences have helped him gain an in-depth understanding of the commercial needs of various departments on the client side.

He began his career in market research and consulting in Australia. During his 14 years at Ipsos China, he led teams in providing in-depth market research and business data analysis services to numerous clients, especially in the areas of market entry, category expansion, and consumer demand insights.

David is also an active industry observer. In recent years, he has led the writing of several industry studies, including the "China Food and Beverage Observation Report," "China Food and Beverage Innovation Packaging Insights Report," "Plant-Based Meat Market Trends in China," "Food and Beverage Additions and Subtractions in the Post-Pandemic Era," and "Consumer Trends in Food and Beverage Through the Economic Cycle." He has also participated in and chaired numerous food and beverage industry conferences as a keynote speaker and panel judge.

He holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales and is proficient in English, Chinese, and Japanese.
