Switzerland Les Roches International Hotel Management College, International Hotel Management major, specializing in high-end Western pastry R&D and culinary supply chain management. After returning to China, joined Huicheng R&D Department, assisted in completing the first systematic upgrade of the pastry product line, led the development of 3 major product matrices, and optimized the entire process from recipe testing to standardized production. In 2023, founded the new Chinese tea brand "Qianxun Chasheng(Searching)", entering the market with a differentiated positioning of "pairing tea with bread", achieving profitability in the first year and steadily expanding its scale. In 2025, incubated the pastry-focused brand Docki². Currently overseeing the technological transformation of Huicheng's frozen-to-fresh factory production systems.
