Dongni Yan, joined Dupont Danisco in 2020, with product management responsibility of probiotics and other health ingredients. She is now the Global Business Development Lead at IFF health Science, focusing on commercial development of health ingredients in the Food and beverage industry.

Dongni has over 20 years of experience in ingredient specialties, including 10 years working overseas in commercial roles such as ingredient procurement, international trading, business analysis, business development, and venturing. Throughout her career, she has shown passion and dedication to sustainable commercial development and business innovation. Dongni graduated from Wageningen University with master’s degree and possesses academic background in food science, food engineering and economics.
