Xinliangji's "Sanhao Grilled Fish," featuring good fish, quality ingredients, and excellent craftsmanship.
1.Good Fish:
Selected grass carp (commonly known as Qingjiang fish) raised in the Honghu region of Hubei. The meat is delicate, fresh, not fishy, with high protein content, and virtually no small bones, suitable for both adults and children.
Prepared from live fish to maintain the best fish texture.
Generous weight: Each package of grilled fish contains a fish weighing 500g, ensuring the actual live fish weighs at least 700g to achieve a one-kilogram cooked fish.
2.Quality Ingredients:
Ingredients fermented in their own sauce vat are used to stir-fry the grilled fish. The proprietary purple altar sauce vat selects high-quality ingredients, combines them with Zigong's unique well salt, undergoes natural fermentation with patience, infusing the grilled fish with the soulful flavor of Sichuan.
3.Excellent Craftsmanship:
Personally researched by Xu Bochun, a successor of Sichuan Zigong Salt Ban cuisine. Adhering to ancient traditions, meticulously crafted for over 6 months, aiming for freshness, rich broth, and fish meat as tender as tofu.
4.Each grilled fish comes with a special package of dry ingredients (unique to Xinliangji, as other similar products in the market lack dry ingredient packages). Before the grilled fish is ready, heat oil and stir-fry the chili package, pouring it over the grilled fish not only enhances the aroma but also adds a sense of ritual to the dining experience.
5.The grilled fish is frozen for preservation, requiring no thawing when consumed. Simply follow the instructions to add water and cook, convenient, quick, delicious, and affordable. Experience restaurant-level delicacy at half the price.

The seasoning ingredients are mostly fermented using traditional methods in our own factory, allowing time to nurture the flavors with patience and composure. We rigorously control the quality of ingredients, ensuring that nothing is included that we wouldn't consume ourselves.
